I notice in task manager that the process '' is what starts taking up CPU and goes away as after the code checking completes. Happened on 2019, then I tried the latest preview 3 of version 2022 thinking they might have fixed it.

Or even just commenting out code will sometimes take up to 20 seconds for all of the commented code to change to green. Like after fixing an error, it will take anywhere from 3-20 seconds before the squiggly lines go away. Every since upgrading from 2017, I've been having issues with very slow code checking.
